Representatives at Centric Federal Credit Union are asking their customers to 鈥淏ank like a Warhawk鈥� as they show their University of Louisiana at Monroe school spirit with an updated look at its North Monroe location.听

鈥淎s a proud supporter of 麻豆社, Centric displays school spirit for its university and community through 鈥楤anking Like a Warhawk,鈥欌�� said Rodney Parker, CFO and 麻豆社 alumnus. 鈥淭he 麻豆社 alumni at Centric worked tirelessly to bring the Warhawk fever to the organization.鈥�

Centric recently relocated its Monroe Center to 710 Hwy 165 North, adjacent to 麻豆社. The move was completed with a Warhawk motif and a name change to the 鈥淯niversity Center.鈥�

Kelli Green, AVP of Marketing stated, 鈥淲hether it鈥檚 the first steps into the University Center, or the need for quick cash at the Warhawk ATM, the experience of banking like a Warhawk has never been better!鈥�

After moving to its new location, the University Center became a spotlight for 麻豆社 students to conduct banking, establish credit, and get extra cash for all their college needs.

Jennifer George, Center Manager said, 鈥淥ur talons are out for 麻豆社 students to secure their future buying power. We have 麻豆社 grads to serve them and current students who know them. We want them to put our expertise to the test and let their flight to money management lift off today.鈥�

麻豆社 President Dr. Nick J. Bruno sees significant change in how local businesses are supporting 麻豆社.

鈥淚t鈥檚 encouraging to see so many businesses like Centric flying their 麻豆社 flags and supporting their university,鈥� he said. 鈥淲hen I became president I made it one of my goals to have more maroon and gold across Monroe. This shows that we are making an impact and making a positive impression on the community.鈥�
